Heathrow Express trains run every 15 minutes from London Paddington and take just a quarter of an hour to arrive at Heathrow Airport. The service is direct from Paddington to Heathrow with no stops along the way.
Where is Paddington Station?
London Paddington is the second biggest train station in London, with 60 million passengers passing through it every year. It is located in the Paddington area of Westminster in central London.
The train station is served by a range of train companies including Cross Country, Great Western Railway and South Western Railway, as well as Heathrow Express. The Elizabeth Line passes through Paddington, whilst the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and District Tube lines stop at Paddington Underground station.
You can travel to Heathrow Airport from locations all across London. First head to Paddington and then use the Heathrow Express from London Paddington.
Where to find the Heathrow Express in Paddington
When you arrive at London Paddington, make your way to the Heathrow Express platforms – Platform 6 and Platform 7.
From the main concourse, go through the ticket barriers and walk to either of these two platforms. Just make sure you check the boards at the station to ensure the Heathrow Express isn’t running from a different platform on the day.
