You can buy your Heathrow Express ticket at the station. Either at London Paddington or your chosen station at Heathrow. You have two options to buy your ticket at the station:

  • The ticket office

  • A ticket machine

With the ticket office, you’ll need to queue up and pay with either cash or card. This can be quite time consuming if the station is busy. Ticket machines can also get quite busy, but often it's a slightly quicker option than the ticket office. The machines are simple to use and quick to pay with a Credit or Debit Card.
