Self-serve refund

If you are a non account holder or purchased your Heathrow Express ticket(s) as a guest you can process your refund(s) via our e-ticket refund form on this page.

1. Use the e-ticket refund form and enter your ticket details to see if your ticket is eligible for a refund

2. If eligible for a refund, submit your refund request

3. You will receive an email confirmation

If you are an account holder you can login to your Heathrow Express account or app, go to the 'My tickets' section and view your refundable tickets where you can process your refund(s).

What tickets are eligible for refunds?

  • Ticket purchased directly from Heathrow Express.
  • Ticket must be unused.
  • The ticket does not exceed 28 days of the travel date.
  • Advance Discounted Single tickets are not subject to a self-service refund.
  • Carnets are subject to a refund if the purchase date is within 12 months of the current date.

You should enter the same email address you used when purchasing your ticket. We will credit the refund to the debit/credit card used for purchase.

You can find your booking reference number in the confirmation email when you purchased your ticket.

You can find the ticket serial number below the QR code within the PDF version of the e-ticket.
