Self-serve refund

What tickets are eligible for refunds?

• Ticket purchased directly from Heathrow Express.
• Ticket must be unused.
• The ticket does not exceed 28 days of the travel date.
• Advance Discounted Single tickets are not subject to a self-service refund.
• Carnets are subject to a refund if the purchase date is within 12 months of the current date.

You should enter the same email address you used when purchasing your ticket.

We will credit the refund to the debit/credit card used for purchase.
